This is my big thank you to Kelly and Jamie Kartchner for putting together an impromptu reunion of some good friends from high school. Thank you Curt and Sally (Someone pass this along to them!) for letting us invade your wonderful home and bring our craziness in. And thanks to everyone who came and let me catch up with them. It's been so many years since I'd seen most of you that I wondered if it would be a little weird. No worries; within minutes we were talking like we were 18 again. Not sure that this is a good thing, but it was definitely fun. I can't decide if it's good that I felt like a teenager again because that means I'm not as old as I think, or it's bad because I am not acting my age. I'm going to go with the former. It just reminds me that I have some great friends I've made along the way and I LOVE having the chance to see them whenever I can. I can't wait for eternity when I will never run out of talking time.
The only downfall was that Jon and Hailey were not there. It would have been great to see you both as well.
Let's hope it's not another 13 years before we get together again..Hint, Hint.

It really was the highlight of my visit to Utah. I also thought that there would be some weirdness at the beginning but with very little time, it was like high school again (with a little more maturity, but only a little more). I was impressed that even though it had been so many years, we picked things up like we had only been apart for the summer.
That night was so much fun! I loved seeing everyone and their families...and act pretty much like we were still in high school. But with kids. LOL. We definitely need to do it again! (and SOOO glad you were able to come!)
