Yesterday was Davis' first day of Kindergarten, so of course we had to snap some pictures. We were all very excited to see this day finally arrive...he'll have something to do every day, and Claire gets a 3-hour break from big-brother teasing and coercion.

Of course, Claire wanted in on the picture action. Look again, this might be one of the few times they are touching each other and smiling!

Sadie's hair is starting to look kinda orange in the sunlight...cross your fingers!

Your kids are so cute! What a big boy Davis is. It's so fun to send them off to school and see how grown up they are - or they think they are. :) It's a fun year that goes way too fast!
So, how's it with Davis in kindergarten? You're going to have to call me this week and give me the scoop--cuz I think it's marvelous! :)
So cute! I bet Davis could barely contain his excitement. You can see it trying to break through with his big grin. Looks like it all went well! We missed you this weekend up at the parentals, see you soon!
I can't believe he is in Kindergarten! That means Camille is only a year away. Crazy! I still remember little 2 year old Davis when we moved here. It seems like yesterday:)
I'm very impressed with DAvis' photography skills. My mom can't take pictures that well, that's for sure! I'm glad you've got yourself a little break during the day, too. Have you had a "he can't be old enough to go to kindergarten, yet, can he?" melt-down yet? I'm having one just thinking about it.
